Orientation Registration

All new students planning to attend the Manchester Regional Campus must register for New Student Orientation.

During this Orientation program you will be advised and register for classes. You will have the opportunity to meet with staff and students and receive valuable information about our student services.

Eastern Kentucky University Manchester Campus welcomed new students to campus for orientation on Wednesday, June 7.

“The beginning of college can be one of the most pivotal transitions in our lives and the key to a brighter future,” said Campus Director Terry Gray. “We’re thrilled to have some of Kentucky’s brightest at our EKU Manchester Campus.”

Fall 2017 Advising


Advising for the Fall 2017 semester at EKU begins March 27. Undeclared students can make an appointment to meet with Kristy Hampton for advising.

EKU-Manchester Hosts Federal POWER Initiative Workshop

The EKU Manchester Campus was one of four locations selected from the Appalachian region to host a federal POWER Initiative Workshop. Nearly 250 citizens, local leaders, industry representatives, economic development officials, and representatives of private, public, and nonprofit organizations from across the nation attended the April 22 event.

Scholarship Assists First-Generation Students

First-generation students who will be new freshmen in fall 2016 can apply until March 1, 2016 for an award of up to $2,000. The Trailblazer Scholarship application form is available online at

EKU’s Next Generation Summer Camp for Gifted, Talented and High Achieving Students

EKU Manchester to host the inaugural EKU’s Next Generation Summer Camp for Gifted, Talented and High Achieving Students on June 10-12, 8:00 am – 3:00 pm.  The 3-day learning experience will enrich students in math, science, art and health through various classes ranging from Destination Imagination, CSI, Science on the Move, Art as Expression and Mystery Island
